Delete your EXY account
EXY provides permanent account deletion inside the app. Removing the app from your device does not delete your account.
Delete in the app
- Sign in to EXY.
- Open the Settings tab.
- Scroll to Danger Zone.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm Delete.
What deletion covers
Deletion removes your authentication account and associated EXY profile, matching preferences, private availability, introductions, connections, messages, media references, notification registration, and other service data tied to the account.
Narrow records may be retained where necessary for a legal obligation, fraud prevention, a live safety investigation, or the establishment or defence of claims. Access to any retained record is restricted, and it is removed when the exception no longer applies. De-identified information that can no longer identify you may remain.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@haloaiservices.com from the account email if possible. State that you want permanent account deletion. EXY will use proportionate checks to prevent another person from deleting your account.
Apple subscriptions
Deleting an EXY account does not itself cancel an Apple-managed subscription. If a subscription is offered and active, manage it separately in your Apple Account subscription settings.
